Terms & Conditions

Container Guidelines

Residential

  • Set carts out by 6 a.m., remove from street within 24 hours.
  • Place wheeled cart at least five feet away from other carts, mailboxes, fire hydrants, parked cars, low hanging trees, or utility poles so trucks can easily access the cart.
  • Trash should not exceed more than 6 inches over top of container and lid must be able to close.
  • Lids should not be tied down and able to open freely.
  • Place trash carts with the wheels and handles away from the curb. Trash carts should be placed within 3 feet of street.
  • Do not place hot ashes or coals into the cart.
  • Place all trash in plastic bags and in the container provided by Eastside. If you need an additional can, call the office at (405) 964-3668.
  • All household generated sharps: needles, lancets, and single razor blades must be placed inside a hard plastic container and labeled “Contains Sharps.”
  • Do not place hazardous waste such as motor oil, paint, tires, or car batteries in your trash cart. 
  • Do not put medications in the trash.
  • Do not put construction or demolition waste including dirt and bricks.
  • Do not dispose of waste containing free liquids.
  • Within 24 hours after pickup, remove cart from curb.

Commercial

Dumpsters

  • All dumpster sites must be approved prior to setting of the container.
  • No large appliances or furniture.
  • No dirt or concrete.
  • No construction debris. 
  • Do not place hot ashes or coals into the container. 
  • Do not place hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, and pesticides in your container. 
  • Do not dispose of waste containing free liquids
  • No Freon units such as air conditioners, or refrigerators, propane tanks.

  • No Tires. Tires found will be billed at $35.00 per tire.

  • Container must be placed on a solid surface.

  • Containers must be  accessible on pick up day, or a return trip charge will be added.

  • The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the lessor from any and all damages, costs, attorney’s fees and /or liability of any kind resulting from the use of the Lessor of said container. The Lessee assumes liability for damages to public or private property, hard service roads or driveways which might occur during the loading or unloading of the container. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor for any damage to said container due to fire, theft or careless destruction beyond normal use.

Roll Off Containers

  • Do not place hot ashes or coals into the container.
  • Do not place hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, and pesticides in your container. 
  • Do not dispose of waste containing free liquids
  • No Freon units such as air conditioners, or refrigerators, propane tanks.

  • No Tires. Tires found will be billed at $35.00 per tire.

  • Heavy materials such as concrete or dirt should not exceed 10 yards to prevent overweight loads. Overweight fines will be billed to the customer. 
  • Do not fill container over the top and debris MUST NOT be hanging outside the container. Driver must be able to tarp and load without damaging tarp or equipment.

  • All containers will be charged $5 a day after 7 days and charged $35 a ton after 6 ton. All additional charges will be charged to method of payment on file.

  • All fines incurred as a result of overloading will be charged to the customer.
  • Container must be placed on a solid surface.

General Notes for All Customers

Holiday Pickup

Eastside Waste picks up on all Holidays. Please have trash can out by 6 am on your scheduled pickup day. 

Missed Pickup

If your trash is not picked up on your regular collection day, and the container was placed out by 6am, call (405) 964-3668 or use our contact us form by 4:00pm the next business day. Leave can out as trucks will occasionally run late.

Payment Terms

All accounts will be paid through auto-pay on the 5th of each month with the payment method on file unless otherwise notified. Bills will be prorated showing on the 2nd month of service and billed on the 1st due by the 25th of each month. Payments not received by the 25th will be charged a late fee. All services should be in force for a minimum of at least 12 months or any deposit will be forfeited for retrieval and cleaning fees.

Cancellation Terms

When canceling a 30 day notice must be given prior to the 1st of any service month or services will be charged for that month.
